Spazioso Steamboat Condo - Bella Estate Affitto w / Vasca Idromassaggio!

Questa casa vacanza con 3 camere da letto si sviluppa su 4 livelli e vanta oltre 2.400 metri quadrati. Il livello inferiore ha una cucina open space con elettrodomestici neri, una grande dispensa, sgabelli da 4 bar e bei ripiani, la lavanderia attrezzata con un sacco di ganci, armadi, scaffali e cubbies per riporre tutti gli attrezzi. Salite le scale per il secondo livello che porta alla sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo per 8 posti, un bagno completo e un ponte con 2 sedie e un tavolino. Non passare la barra bagnata con mini-frigo, lavandino, un sacco di armadi per la conservazione, 2 sgabelli da bar e portabottiglie.

La sala da pranzo si apre sul soggiorno con spettacolari soffitti a volta con un camino a gas caldo e accogliente, una grande TV con sistema audio Sonos e porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono a un secondo ponte, attrezzato con 4 sedie e 2 tavoli nella valle di media montagna le viste sono sicure di accontentare tutti. Con un divano lussuoso, 2 comode poltrone e molti cuscini da terra di grandi dimensioni, questo soggiorno aperto consente a tutti di guardare un film. Un sistema audio Sonos consente il massimo divertimento. C'è anche un tavolo da gioco nell'angolo insieme a molti giochi per far divertire bambini e adulti.

Salite la successiva serie di scale e in una delle due camere da letto su questo piano. Con un letto matrimoniale, attaccato in bagno completo suite, cabina armadio, TV a schermo piatto e accesso porta ponte condiviso con l'altra camera da letto. La seconda camera ha due serie di letti a castello, bagno completo annesso, cabina armadio e porta sul ponte. Da questo mazzo, hai una vista sulle montagne e puoi persino vedere la gondola correre!

Il 4 ° e il livello superiore di questo condominio è riservato per la camera da letto principale. Drammatici soffitti a volta, bagno completo annesso con doppio lavabo, cabina armadio, letto king size, TV con lettore DVD - questa camera da letto è fatta apposta per piacere.

Le due vasche idromassaggio in loco sono pronte e aspettano i nostri ospiti. Inoltre, ci sono due griglie a gas per gli ospiti e un tavolo e sedie patio. Un ulteriore vantaggio di questo meraviglioso condominio è la piscina del Lodge, in quanto forniremo una chiave per l'uso durante il vostro soggiorno. The property was clean and in a great location. However, the included coffee pot on the counter. leaked when we made coffee, so we went to Walmart and bought a new Mr. Coffee. When checking out, I told the young man about the issue and we left it on the counter. His reply was “thank you”. We had no other issues and the property is quite and has great views.

Great stay in steamboat

Property as advertised, perhaps a bit nicer than the pictures show. Location is good, just know it’s a bit of a walk uphill if you’re not taking the shuttle from the resort base. Ski-out is pretty easy. Would stay here again, especially with a few friends.

Great Ski Condo

My family had a great stay. The property was great. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Very clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Lots of closet space and ski storage for the 6 of us.

Perfect place for the six of us!!

The view is amazing! The family room has a Sonos sound system for a cool movie experience. We fit 2 to each bedroom comfortably. The beds were comfortable and because of that, i was not sore from the bed to snowboard which is a huge deal! The kitchen was fully stocked and has everything we need. Even with 3 bedrooms there are even 4 full bathrooms which came in handy. Laundry room has space for shoes and snowboards. Everyone who came with me all have rave reviews on this place. It was only a 3-minute walk to slopes access. Easy check in at the main building Easy checkout only requiring to run dishwasher and take out the trash by the spa area right above the secured parking. This made for priceless memories for all my family, especially the ones who don’t ski or snowboard. They can still have a great time in steamboat! And staying at this place made everyone feel right at home with plenty of space for everyone to be very comfortable and each to their own peaceful pace. Thank you very much and i am hopeful we can stay here again next year

Awesome townhouse

Property was perfect size and great location! I would definitely stay there again. Great views from the balcony. Walkable to a few places. Highly recommend for a large group. Keyless entry and remote check in are the only thing it’s missing.

4th of July in Steamboat

Spent 4 days at this great property with our adult "kids". Well appointed , light and welcoming condo with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for each to have their own space. Great location for restaurants and walked to the 4th of July drone show event! Would highly recommend!

July 2024 stay

Great condo! Lots of space and very clean. I would recommend more pillows and a few more fans as it was hot. I only wish we got to spend more time in it. Would stay here again in without hesitation.

La Casa Condo

If you are looking for a condo with a lot of space this is the one for you! There were 4 different levels so it seemed even larger than it was. The unit was very clean and everything was in good working order. Also there were balconies from almost every room. The kitchen was very spacious with a large pantry and laundry room. And the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything you would need. The beds were all very comfortable and each one had its own bathroom. Getting to the lift was a fairly short walk across the street of about 200 yards. There were 2 nice hot tubs about 200 feet from the unit. Parking was directly outside the unit which made loading and unloading a breeze. It was probably the best condo we have stayed in on our ski trips! We would definitely come back!

Ski Trip

Wonderful location for our family of 6 adults with easy access to ski slopes, dining and shopping. It snowed while we were in Steamboat Springs and this location was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a true family ski vacation.

Disappointing

Arrived during snow storm. Beds had one thin blanket and sheet. Was told owner did not want to clean blankets and comforters after each occupant...due to Covid.....ridiculous!! Two doors did not latch or lock...was told they would send someone...never did for 4 days. Difficult to leave and enjoy yourself with doors open. Good location. Nice employees...but no help!

Great condo but not ski in/ski out

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space for a large family or two. Location is good but IT IS NOT SKI IN / SKI OUT. There is a walk to get to the mountain. It is not long but more than is suggested in the posting. Unit 24 (this one) is the last unit in La Casa and the longest distance to the mountain. Retretia was a little difficult to deal with and did not go out of their way to make us feel at home. This condo was great but the management left us thinking about staying somewhere else next year.

Great place to come back to after hiking and playing at Steam Boat Springs.

Loved all of the bathrooms off of each room. Well, equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the fans in each room- we needed it with no air conditioning. Only improvement would be to make sure the floors are vacuumed, they did not look like they had been when we arrived. It also would have been nice to have a pancake griddle for breakfasts and a couple of more fans to cool things off. Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our visit! Thanks!

Property description was not accurate when it states a pool is available. Apparently that is no longer the case. Lots of verbiage requesting you recycle however they do not provide the bin within which to place recycling. Otherwise, loved the place!

Great Condo

If you want a condo that's great for a group of friends or a family look no further. This is the one ! The kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfy, and the Great Room perfect for entertaining. and dining. It's a very 'warm' house. And best of all it's close to the hill so you don't have to walk far to hit the snow.
