Attico Steamboat di Lusso, Ottima Posizione e Servizi

Niente è paragonabile a questo piano superiore, condominio di lusso a Trailhead Lodge. L'open space, i soffitti a cattedrale, lo stile contemporaneo e due ponti con vista da Strawberry Park all'area sciistica, ti farà dimenticare la casa e il sogno di rendere questo condominio il tuo.

Non c'è davvero nulla che sia stato lasciato fuori da questo design. Dal momento in cui entrate nella porta, il muro di finestre che si affaccia sulla zona di Fish Creek Falls vi invita a sedervi e godervi il panorama. Ma se sei più interessato a guardare il gioco o a fissare le fiamme ardenti del camino a gas, non rimarrai deluso, poiché c'è molto spazio per distendersi sul divano componibile contemporaneo. Ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti gli accessori necessari sono nascosti in questa cucina moderna. Con tre posti a sedere al bar, puoi sederti e goderti un bicchiere di vino e stuzzichini mentre la tua famiglia e gli amici preparano un pasto o rilassati fino a che la cena viene servita in un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8 persone.

Due master suite entrambe con letti king size, TV a schermo piatto e bagni annessi (una con combinazione doccia / vasca e l'altra con vasca profonda e cabina doccia), rendono questo condominio ideale per famiglie e amici. Una tana con divano estraibile e un divano letto estraibile nella zona giorno offrono spazio per altri quattro se necessario. Questa unità viene inoltre completa con una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Godetevi i servizi eccezionali del Trailhead Lodge, tra cui una favolosa piscina e vasche idromassaggio, centro fitness, sala giochi per bambini e la funivia Wildhorse per un facile accesso alla montagna di sci. C'è anche un garage coperto e deposito sci. Questo complesso �� facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal Centro Tennis, dagli archi nelle montagne e dai ristoranti e negozi del mercato di Wildhorse.

Lovely Condo, Great Location, But Snow Plow Noise

We loved the condo and the location right next to the Gondola was super convenient. The only downside was the snow plow noise in the middle of the night. Glass half full-that meant it had snowed, but the backup beeps were incessant for several pre-dawn hours.

Amazing Steamboat property!!

So convenient. Our family of 6-adults and teens loved it! It’s beautiful, comfortable and just steps from the Wildhorse gondola. Also has ski valet so you don’t have to cart your equipment up to your condo. Front desk was super helpful and the Retreatia property managers were very responsive. Plus the complementary shuttle was so easy to use. No rental car needed!

Came to town for the SBT GRVL bike race. Location was great for riding to/from tow with minimal hassle. Still walking distance from the resort too. Would stay again!

Downhill all the way

Trailhead Lodge has been our go-to location for our Steamboat vacations for 8+ years, but after our experience this time, we won't be returning. This rental, in particular, had an overwhelming stench of body odor in one of the bedrooms, the furniture was stained and the kitchen was poorly equipped for a party of 8, which is what this unit is supposed to accommodate. The complex, as well, has gone downhill. The hot tub chemicals were so extreme that it discolored my swimsuit and several of us developed skin rashes. The idea that a 3 bedroom unit is only allotted 1 parking pass is ridiculous (who can transport 6 people, plus gear in one car?!), especially when there were plenty of open spaces in the garage. Further, the overall maintenance of the facility is poor -- rugs are frayed, furniture is stained, elevators aren't clean, boxes laying about in the lobby... We were thoroughly embarrassed to have hosted friends to Steamboat and gave them this experience. Oh, btw, the 3rd bedroom with two twins isn't a conforming bedroom; it's an office with a folding door.

Great condo, better location

Wonderful condo, nice bathrooms, beds were okay. I would say that the two twin beds that were listed are not suitable for adults. They're very short and really, the "room" is just a converted closet. And it get's really, really hot in there. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

The Trailhead Lodge is the best!!

We come to Steamboat every summer for a volleyball tournament and we discovered the Trailhead last year. Since we come in July, it's nice to have central AC. The location is perfect for biking on the Yampa River Trail into town and eating at Brick. My only complaint is that we were only given (4) towels and our unit is supposed to sleep (8) people and the coffee maker is small. Also, the keys quit working and it was late at night. Thankfully there was a night watchman at the property to let us in.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay. The shower heads were not our favorites. No pressure or way to move them around. Recommend adding a second head so you can change them out. Hard to rinse shampoo and conditioner! Great place and we would rent again.

Overall stay, C+. Overall great, safe little unit, far from ‘luxury’. Room key: When we arrived back at our room after the wedding we attended, we were locked out, our programmed room key wouldn’t work. . Thankfully, Security was able to let us in after 15 minutes of sitting the hallway. Cleanliness: The unit was mostly clean. Cleaning staff should pay attention to dust on top of lights fixtures and within the vents. Third Bedroom: The room with two beds is smaller than it appears in the pictures. The room has no closet or window. The beds are child sized. Restroom + Shower: The restrooms are spacious. The shower heads are rainfall and water pressure is less than significant, which isn’t ideal for washing hair and shaving legs. Owner may want to look into getting a rinse attachment.

Great Location but a lot of room for improvement on quality of "luxury" stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is fantastic and the accommodations are satisfactory. Underground parking is a lovely perk. The worst part of our stay: When I read Luxury penthouse I expected there to be high quality linens and ameneties. The sheets were 3 star hotel quality and each king bed had only two pillows. There were no other additional pillows that we could use that had clean pillow cases on them. There was no comforter to speak of just a sheet with a light blanket and another sheet on top. There were no additional blankets that were marked as clean to use in addition to the sheet on the bed. The closets in all of the room were filled with a ton random items in trash bags and no hangers - quite disturbing to open up the closet and have a ton of stuff in there. There were certainly additional blankets but they did not appear laundered and everything appeared to just be thrown in there as an after thought. There was simply no room in the closets even if we wanted to hang anything up. The room that is pictured with two beds is a small room off the kitchen with folding doors. In the photos this room appears large but it is quite small with two twin beds. Just something to keep in mind upon booking. The washer and dryer was broken during our stay and it was not fixed while we there. Check in: was a bit rocky for our particular stay. We arrived early and were told that it had been clean but the apartment was in shambles. The apartment was not cleaned until 530PM that evening, an hour and a half after the promised time. It's important to know that the building is managed by another rental company and this unit is stand alone for Retretia. So the front desk staff at Trailhead is really unwilling to help or honor any requests you may have. Do not expect them to help you with anything. With that being said the women at Retretia were responsive and quick to help to get this resolved. Ski Storage: we weren't a huge fan of the ski racks that were located in plain sight at the entrance of the garage. There is free ski/ pole storage at the base of the main Steamboat gondola and we opted for that instead. Improvements and suggestions: if you are going to market this listing and charge as luxury - provide high quality linens, soaps, bathrobes, and amenities that you find in other "luxury" rentals or hotels. We appreciated the teams help during the rocky parts of our check in.

Beautiful condo for a family

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Trailhead. Modern and clean, but very cozy. Perfect for our family of four, but could easily have worked for a larger family as well. Great view to the North overlooking one of the chairlifts. Nice walk up to the ski base area and easy to get to shopping and downtown. Parking was simple with plenty of space and check-in / out was easy. The only negative is that the pool and hot tub weren't open because the ski resort hadn't opened yet. However, other condos that we walked past had their pool / hot tubs open. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay for a few days and we would definitely return.

Steamboat Springs family trip

Very nice place, clean and modern. Cooked breakfast and dinner and had everything we needed. Great view, close to town for restaurants and shopping. Our family of 4 had a great time. About 20 minutes from strawberry park hot springs which was a great family trip (make a reservation). 3rd bedroom is pretty small but was fine for our family. TVs in both master bedroom were pretty small and dated, but did not matter much for us. We will be back!

Really a 2+ bedroom condo

This is a beautiful condo. We loved our stay here. It was an easy walk up to the ski resort and main gondola. We saw a mama moose and her baby on the walk. We also saw a cute fox! The drive to town was less than 5 minutes. The pool was great. Covid rules only allowed us to visit the pool for one hour, but we were happy to at least have that time and made the best of it. The outdoor grill area was nice and we had no problem getting time on the grill for dinner and lunch. The only negative I have about this condo was third bedroom. It is tiny with 2 twins no air flow, no windows and no closet. We had 3 couples and 2 kids in our group, so we might have been more comfortable sleeping in a true 3 bedroom condo. I would stay here again, but with a smaller group.

Luxury Penthouse

The property was very beautiful. I loved the gondola just outside the hotel. The check in, and, the use of the Trailhead Lodge was very confusing. Since the apartment was booked through VRBO the hotel front desk wouldn't help us or supply us with towels for the hot tubs. Also, the small bedroom had no closet, and, the half bath had nothing but a toilet and pedestal Sink. Nothing to store toiletries on. The owner and Retreatia should have closer communication. As for the parking available per unit, that's a complete joke. How can a unit which sleeps 8 have just one parking space? Other guests staying there are supposed to park in pubic parking seven blocks away. That's a complete insult!

Beautiful Property, Poor Customer Service.

The overall property was very nice and spacious, within a gondola ride to main ski area. However, gondola was closed the whole weekend due to maintenance issues. To get the keys and check-in info you have to drive to a separate area of town which was inconvenient to say the least. The property management company, retreatia, was not friendly. We asked for a late check out for my wife and new born to get some extra rest and stay warm. It was denied which is understandable but we told them my wife and new born will be there until check out 10 am. Instead, they had the cleaning crew come in before check out and try and kick out my family at 9 am. We do not recommend Retreatia properties.
