Overall place was clean. Clothes washer and coffee pot smelled very moldy and food in garbage disposal when we arrived. Bed in bedroom extremely high off the ground. Very small place. Didn’t look as nice as the pictures. Location good and support services excellent. Would not stay here again.

It started with not getting the code to access the outside door and having to wait for close to a half hour with all of luggage sitting on the curb before we got it.As soon as we walked in we noticed how dark the condo was. Paint was peeling in several areas. The only way to brighten the place was to open curtains which looked out on the parking lot so everyone passing by could look in. Then we took our shoes off and the floor was gritty. We noticed the whole condo was barely cleaned. The we noticed the dog hair all over. I am very allergic to dogs so that was a big problem. When it was time to go to bed we found no sheets or blankets. Had to use a duvet cover for a blanket. Once in bed there was such a strong dog smell I had to roll up a small rug by the side of the bed and take it in to the kitchen. We called the next morning to ask for our money back. After several hours of arguing the management told us we would get a refund minus the day we stayed there. Called the Holiday Inn Express and Suites and enjoyed the rest of our stay. One word of advice! Do Not Stay At This Place!!!
