  • Make the best mountain memories at this stunning ski-in/out condo featuring panoramic views of the Steamboat Ski area. Your vacation will be easy with immediate access to the pool, hot tubs, restaurants in the Torian Plum Plaza, the gondola, and Ski School! This home will inspire you and your family to return year after year to its rustic class and comfort. Start your relaxation with a seat in the mudroom to kick off your boots and hang up your jacket, then venture into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils and finery you'll need to create family meals away from home. The dining area has a large table with additional spots at the nearby breakfast bar. The ample seating will allow for family relaxation in front of the lovely gas fireplace and a huge TV equipped with a Bose soundbar and subwoofer, and DVD player. Head onto the balcony for some fresh mountain air and more ski area views.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great space for our summer vacay.

This was a beautiful space for our family of 6. Our older kids loved the pool and the condo was in a great location. Plenty of restaurant options to walk to and a short drive to downtown Steamboat.

Nicely renovated condo at the base of Steamboat. Great location with easy access to slopes and pool/hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed and even included spices for cooking. Highly recommend for a family trip.

Nicely appointed slope side condo

Nicely updated condo, close to gondola and shops. Perfect size for a family traveling with kids. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices for cooking which was a great touch.

Convenience!

Loved the location of our unit- located by the pool and 3 hot tubs, as well as by the locker room and just steps to the run next to Slopeside Grill that takes you down to a chairlift or gondola! Great ski in/out place!

Great location!

The property is very clean. The check in process is easy and simple with the front desk. The location is great as it is right at the base of Steamboat Springs Resort and you can see the mountain out the window. Easy to walk to everything at the base. Perfect place to stay!

Convenient Location

This is our second time at Torium Plum. Can’t beat the location and convenience. Great in the winter and summer. The mountain offers plenty of food options a short walk away.

Breath taking views

The view and proximity to the slopes was more than we could have asked for. Staff was so very helpful. We ran out of hot water on a regular basis but other than that no complaints.

Fantastic!

This was our first time to Torian Plum. This condo was beautiful! It had everything we possibly needed. The staff at Torian Plum were so friendly and we enjoyed it very much! We will be back and definitely recommend it!

Great Property!

Loved everything about this property. Location was great. Place was clean and had everything we wanted. Only issue was the lack of AC. You wouldn’t think that was necessary at this elevation but every day when we returned it was extremely warm in the unit.

3 Night Summer trip

We were in town for the first time for a friend’s wedding. The location was convenient. We had 2 children under 3, my wife and I, and my parents stay. Despite the summer heat, the nights were cool and cracking a window + fans allowed us to sleep well without AC. If we were in the home during the day, it may have been a tad toasty for us. The kitchen was great for cooking a family meal. I’d recommend staying here again!

Awesome…but a little warm

Wonderful, spacious, clean, great location. The only consideration to be aware of in the summer is that the unit has no air conditioning. It cools down well at night with the windows open when the sun goes down. But a little toasty during the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Summer getaway

Wonderful property. Accommodating. Everything you could need or want including fans which is VERY necessary as this unit doesn’t have AC and gets VERY toasty. We would change that if we could but we’re thankful for the thoughtful hosts. We wish we could have checked in early but wasn’t granted access. We made the best of it. We paid a small fee for late check out and that was wonderful! The location was perfect. The views were perfect. The unit was sparkling clean. The beds were so comfortable. Thankful for a great stay!

Summer stay at Steamboat Mountain

The location of this property is perfect for summer and winter. Walkable to everything. Spacious condo with good-sized bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Dining and living areas perfectly accommodated our party of 5. Kitchen could be updated but met the needs of cooking meals. Pool and hot tubs are easily accessible from condo.

Woken up between 5AM-7AM every morning in the summer.

Great layout with easy access to pools and restaurants and activities. No proper A/C and does not cool down enough by bedtime, but we knew that going in. We were not expecting that the trash trucks and delivery trucks (related to all of the close restaurants) would park right next to our unit, arrive so early in the morning (5AM-7AM), linger for 20+ minutes, and certainly awaken everyone on that side of the building, but especially noticeable on the second floor.

Fully furnished and completely comfortable accommodations. We had an issue with a leak and it was fixed the same day - housekeeping and maintenance were thorough and professional!

Creekside is the BEST!

Staying slopeside at Creekside is our favorite place to stay in Steamboat! We have been coming to Steamboat since 1996 and have stayed several different places but this is by far our favorite! Unit 213 is clean and has everything you would need to make a meal in the kitchen. The shuttle service is awesome! We had never stayed on a lower floor before and have discovered we love it!

Creekside is the BEST!

Staying slopeside at Creekside is our favorite place to stay in Steamboat! We have been coming to Steamboat since 1996 and have stayed several different places but this is by far our favorite! Unit 213 is clean and has everything you would need to make a meal in the kitchen. The shuttle service is awesome! We had never stayed on a lower floor before and have discovered we love it!
