  • Rifugio di montagna VERAMENTE UNICO su 30 acri privati, in cima alla cresta Tatanka nel Buffalo Pass. Fascino di montagna decorato in modo professionale con viste mozzafiato in ogni direzione. Questa proprietà può essere affittata come cabina principale per 2 persone con secondo fienile per ospiti o bambini, fino a 8 persone. Log Barn di nuova costruzione nel 2018, tutto è nuovo di zecca e decorato professionalmente da designer locali. Questa è una proprietà incredibile per gli appassionati di outdoor tutte e quattro le stagioni. Situato nella foresta nazionale di Rout ma a soli 4 km dal centro di ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Motoslitta, mountain bike, escursione o guida direttamente da casa fino a infiniti sentieri in Buff Pass. Quindi porta i tuoi giocattoli e scarpe da trekking, gioca tutto il giorno e torna al lusso privato. O semplicemente rilassati e assorbi la pace totale su ponti o pozzi di fuoco. Cabina principale 1 camera da letto 2 bagni, lavanderia, cucina completa e bar. Il secondo fienile è allestito con 2 camere da letto, entrambe con letto matrimoniale a castello, 1 bagno completo con lavanderia, sala TV e cucina per gli ospiti.

Ultimate Cabin in the Woods

3 months of absolute bliss. Location is amazing for riding snow mobiles on Buff Pass. Close enough to town for convenience but far enough away for solitude and incredible star gazing.

Great property just north of Steamboat Springs. Peaceful space and a short drive to a wonderful mountain town with great music, food, weekly events, rodeo, hot springs, farmers market, hiking in every direction and great fishing too.Home is well equipped with everything you will need, especially if you are cooking meals. Beds are comfortable. Any needs will be met by the local property manager.

Mountain Retreat

Property was incredibly well kept. Kitchen was well stocked, easy to cook for a large crowd. Caretaker was immediately responsive to any needs. And the location is stunning, the views are spectacular. We all loved our stay-it came to an end too soon.

Magical retreat tucked away on a snowy mountain

Our family had one of the most memorable vacations at this fabulous cozy cabin retreat. We went dog sledding, snow tubing and road the mountain roller coaster. The accommodations and services were impeccable! I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely amazing. The check in process was simple and extremely straight forward. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. Close to the ski resort. Had a great family vacation with my three kids. We woke up and saw moose early in the morning one day and were visited by a mink one morning.

Perfect setting

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The location is close to town and the mountain, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. If you visit in the winter, rent some snowshoes and walk out to the ridge to watch the sunset. It won’t disappoint. Dusti and Elke were great hosts.

Steamboat Springs Mountain Getaway

Summer getaway from the Texas heat which was dog-friendly, where adult children (from Denver) could visit, and with plenty of outdoor activities. Winding, steep dirt road to access was only drawback, otherwise everything was perfect (and the views / quiet solitude / porch & firepit only 15-minutes from town more than made up for the drive). We hope to return in the future.

Winter Paradise

We absolutely loved this cabin!The property is amazing! So beautiful. Winter wonderland. We saw Moose and a Pine Marten.We took daily walks along the long driveway to the entrance and sledded back to the cabin. We gamed, puzzled, warmed ourselves by the cozy fire. It was the perfect stay. Words just simply cannot capture the true beauty of this property and our experience. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Nature Moments

Nice, private location out of town in the woods. If you like wildlife—- you’ll have a combination of deer, moose and bear wandering by. If you REALLY like wildlife,—you may not enjoy the array of taxidermied dead animals on display.. Bear, elk, porcupine, raccoon, staring out from every wall. You may also not enjoy the mice in the kitchen, or the bear who pushed open a screen door and ate a 10-lb bag of dogfood, which we (mostly ) found amusing. But if you like solitude and a nice big view, it’s great.

Peaceful Paradise... With Moose!

My mom and I had planned a full month at this fantastic property. Due to unforeseen situations at home, we had to shorten to two weeks at the last minute. But, man, did we love our two weeks! We had fairly regular visits from the resident mama moose and calf, as well as one drop-by from a black bear. We loved the peacefulness of the location, but still being close enough to town to enjoy all the Steamboat amenities. We went to the farmer's market and Art in the Park. Sunsets from the back deck and the firepit are incredible! It's so quiet and dark here at night! The property was fantastically clean and well-stocked. Dusti is a tremendous property manager and made us feel so welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend the place 100%!

True Colorado

This rental for our getaway was perfect. Our visit was for nearly 3 weeks. The main house was perfect for my husband and I. The owners have it decorated perfectly for being in Colorado. It has a wilderness flare, with modern comfort. I love to cook, so for me, the kitchen was well supplied. I value my rest, and for us, the king size bed was very comfortable. I loved the wrap around porch and the gate to keep my dogs on the porch when they wanted to go outside to get fresh air and I couldn't go with them, though keeping a close eye on them. When our kids came (adults), they stayed over in the second area which is above the garage. Again, beautifully decorated with all comforts. As you enter, there is a kitchenette and a small living room with a sleeper sofa. Upstairs is the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bunk beds are queen size. The view of Steamboat is gorgeous once you go out to the firepit area, otherwise all you have is the beauty of nature. The driveway is perfect for secluded walks, just long enough. Be on alert and have protection, you never know the wildlife you will run into. While there, we saw moose, a fox and a marmot and lots of tracks in the snow. You are in Colorado. We will return to check this place out in the summer time.

What an absolutely wonderful and amazing stay. Peaceful, tranquility in the mountains, yet still not more than a 15 minute drive into Steamboat. Just the right amount of rustic but complete with modern amenities and oozing with charm. It was so hard to leave.

Fantastic family vacation home

Our family of 8 spent 8 wonderful nights together in this beautiful home. Only a 5-10 minute drive into town and close to lots of fun things to do and beautiful countryside. Enjoyed the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets off the balcony. Highly recommend this home for your next mountain top retreat.

Wow. Spectacular. Beautiful. First rate.

My experience - and my families experience - was nothing short of fabulous. This property is one of my favorite mountain properties ever. We loved the homes that were surrounded by woods yet the walk to the point on the property overlooked the valley in the most peaceful, wide way. We spent days hiking around the area and found cooking and resting in the house a joy. This place had everything we wanted - including amazing bedding and lovely furniture. We worked from the houses (all three of us) online and the internet was fantastic - just another benefit of this place. Our dogs were allowed on the property and this was a gift. THANK you so much. As we departed today we imagined wanting to come back during the fall change of colors. This felt like home away from home.

All the reviews describe it perfectly but the reality of simply being up on Buff Pass, in a beautiful cabin where all the details are perfectly executed - starting with a welcome call from the owner and property manager, to the claw foot bath tub, and the strategic fire pits all around the property so you can immerse yourself in peace and tranquility - it is simply perfect. It was great to have our dog be able to come with us so we could all enjoy the holiday. Our young son Oskar loved “saddling up” for breakfast at the bar and grandma enjoyed spending nights playing games and then going back to her little house next door. Just such a great setup. We loved it! Hope to be back again! Thank you!
