Make yourself at home in this spacious and inviting 2-bedroom condo at Timber Run, one of Steamboat’s most popular vacation communities. Ideally located just a few blocks from the Steamboat Ski Area, Wild Plum Market, and local dining, this condo is the perfect base for your mountain adventures, year-round.

With comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, this updated condo offers a relaxing retreat complete with a private balcony, cozy interiors, and access to top-notch amenities.

Inside the Condo:
The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar for 3, and a dining table that seats 6—perfect for family meals or game nights. The bright and airy living area boasts a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and sliding glass doors that let in abundant natural light.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the crisp mountain air—ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

I'm giving 2 stars because while the condo itself is really just fine, and the shuttle service is fantastic, getting a good night's rest here is near impossible. The beds are hard, sheets are pilled and scratchy, and the pillows are so flat and hard. Additionally, the hot tubs are accessible with a code that we were not provided. We will not return.

Winter ski weekend

Great location! The condo was perfect for our long ski weekend. The shuttle to/from the mountain was great, quick and prompt. We will definitely stay here again.

Ground Level Condo at Timber Run

The condo was fine but is in serious need of some upgrades, especially the kitchen. Electric stoves are not current technology and the cabinets and drawers seemed ancient. The coffee table in the living room is about to fall apart. We had to reset the garbage disposal to get it working. The shuttle service was great both to the Transit Center and into town in the evening.

Amenities are just ok, condo could use some updating but clean. Extremely hot the first night and took time to figure out where all the thermostats were located and how to turn them down. Shuttle service was great

Nice condo

We were in Steamboat for balloon festival. Great location since south end of town. About 30 minutes from Strawberry hot springs. Beds were comfy. Stove had issue but property management is aware and getting fixed. Kitchen was well appointed. Bottom level, just fyi if concerns about windows being open at night.

Great all around condo

This place marked all the boxes, we have stayed at many condos in Steamboat from single units to houses, apartment style. This one had it all for a fraction of the price from the awesome heated pool, and three hot tubs, the constant shuttle service with a 3-minute ride to the base to lifts. The condo had it all cozy bedrooms great living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and good sized dining room. Ski locker on main level, and the best of the laundry room is right out the door so its like having your own laundry.

Great stay with slight communication problems

Grwat stay, place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Location to the slops was awesome and the shuttle running every 15 minutes or so was perfect. Did not get an email the day before with more specific information about check in, though a short phone call and drive resolved it. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Overall Great Place

Accurate listing, clean, close to slopes - just what we needed for a few days in Steamboat. The Retreatia shuttle service was a fantastic bonus (a shuttle runs every ~15 mins from the condo to the resort).
