This home is dog-friendly as well so you can bring your pets along for the family fun!

In the warmer months, immerse yourself in nature at the nearby Yampa River Botanic Park or embark on a scenic hike to Fish Creek Falls, located just 4.2 miles from your doorstep. Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

Perfect location between downtown and the ski mountain. Loved having the garage! Just as described. Very easy check in. Good location. Great views of the adjacent green space. Spare propane tank for grill (we didn’t need it) just in case. Kitchen appropriately outfitted. Nice that there are two physically separated living spaces.

Loved the Choice Mountain Home, saw 2 bears in the backyard! So clean, with every amenity. Perfect location between downtown and the ski mountain. Loved having the garage! Easy, comfortable, spacious

We stayed for a week while the kids were doing remote school and adults were WFH. The internet supported us all and the spaces were ample for the four of us to spread out and not interfere with each other. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-enough stocked. Having the garage to park in was great!

Nice mountain home in steamboat

Great size mountain home with beautiful views and amenities. Multiple living spaces are nice for different group activities. Very easy drive to downtown steamboat and ski resort. Available parking in garage is a huge plus in winter months. Only less than desirable thing of our stay was that trash was left in the garage which left an odor but the property manager rectified the situation in a timely manner which was great and we didn’t have any issues after that!

Great Rental

This place was great, the amount of space, rooms and views were to die for. The only complaint was the lack of bus transportation to and from the mountain. Had to either walk about .75 miles to the stop or walk .25 miles get on the bus and transfer. Overall I loved the place, everything you needed and more there.
