Appartamento recentemente rinnovato vicino a tutto ciò che Steamboat ha da offrire!

Questo appartamento splendidamente rinnovato si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a pochi minuti sia dal resort che dalla città. Goditi le fantastiche viste sulle piste da sci, il facile accesso al sistema di piste che porta direttamente in città e la pace e la tranquillità che derivano dall'essere immersi in un pioppeto. Rilassati davanti alla stufa a gas dopo una giornata di divertimento sulla neve o nei mesi più caldi, rilassati sul balcone dopo una giornata di escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. L'appartamento è ben arredato con una cucina completa e dormirà comodamente 4 nelle due camere da letto. I proprietari, Matthew e Carri, vivono nella parte anteriore della casa e sono sul posto per qualsiasi domanda o necessità di consigli. Carrie’s property is perfect! We loved the location, the home is great and very clean, and everything was easy. Carrie (and rocket, the best welcome dog of all time) was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Perfect!

A perfect location a mile from main street steamboat. Kitchen was great for "condo cooking" which means it had the necessary pots, pans, knives, olive oil, and salt necessary to make simple meals. Although the days were warm, it was easy to keep the place cool by opening the windows at night and using the provided fans to bring in the 50F outside air. Then, we just shut all the windows in the morning and the place stayed cool all day. The only thing I might add to the place is a teapot (or larger mugs). I did love the multiple options for making coffee!

Perfect place for a family!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this condo. It was a perfect size for a family of four. We cooked together, enjoyed puzzles and curling up in front of the fire on a cold weekend. Near enough to skiing to be convenient. We parked in the free lot and took the shuttle. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay for family of 4!

We loved this property! We have family close but all decided best to have our own space nearby. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and a couple space heaters for the bedrooms for added comfort (we’re from warm weather so we appreciated this). The kitchen was well stocked and there were a couple different options for coffee in the morning. Living room was cozy with a TV, fireplace, couch and chairs. We enjoyed the walking trails that connected directly behind the house and it was a quick drive to Fish Creek Falls and downtown Steamboat.

2 days wasn’t long enough!!

What a wonderful short 2 night stay . The apartment was perfect for our needs..close to food in town and close to gravel and mtn biking.. the hosts were terrific helping us get familiar with the area .. their recommendations were spot on!! We are already talking abt coming back

Cute little apartment in Steamboat

The apartment was super cute and perfect for my husband, teenage son and 5-year-old daughter. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a step stool in the bathroom for my daughter to use when she washed her hands and brushed her teeth. I would recommend adding that and then it is perfect for littles too!

Steamboat ski trip

We had an excellent time staying at Carri's nicely decorated apartment. The apartment was super clean, cozy and had everything 2-4 people would need for your stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and has a great view of the ski mountain. The location is great, a quick 2-3 minute drive to all the restaurants/shops in downtown Steamboat Springs and the Meadows parking lot at the ski resort is an easy ~10 minute drive away. The owners being on site is nice as they were out with their snowblower early in the morning clearing the long driveway after a couple significant snow storms we had during our stay. Communication with Carri was excellent with quick replies to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Steamboat.

Perfect White Christmas

This is an adorable apartment above the garage of a house about 10 minutes from the base of the mountain. Just as the listing notes, your view outside both bedrooms is a beautiful grove of aspens and from the living room you can look up right to the slopes. Kitchen was nicely appointed and beds were all comfy. One thing to note is while the location makes it easy to get anywhere with a car; this place is not directly on any of the bus routes, so we ended up with some pricey Ubers for the members of our party who stayed home while the rest of us took the rental car to the slopes. One extra special touch was the Christmas tree in the corner lit up and waiting for us when we got there Dec 20. That plus a “steamboat surprise” of a 27” storm really made for the perfect Christmas morning.

Perfect tree house

This was just right for our weekend trip. Cute, clean, great location close to town and a gorgeous waterfall. There’s a really nice amount of space. We’ve stayed in a number of converted garages and found them lacking in space with really small bathrooms. Not this one! Beds were very comfy. Deck off of the master was very serene. We enjoyed the peaceful view and birdsong in the morning and amazing star cover at night. We would definitely recommend this lovely place.

Loved This Property

Stayed here in September 2023 and loved the property. Sitting on the patios and watching the Quacking Aspens was mesmerizing. Fish Creek Falls is just up the street and is a must to see. Be sure to try the Salt & Lime restaurant in town.

Great Apartment for a family

I stayed here with my husband, toddler, and baby. It was the perfect size for us. The room with the queen has enough room for a pack n play. They was a little space outside that our 3 year old could play trucks. It was very clean and well stocked.

Wonderful stay with Carri

Our stay at Carri's place was perfect! It was only a short 10 minute drive from the slopes and a 5 minute drive from downtown Steamboat making it the perfect location. Carri was helpful in answering questions and available if we needed anything. The place was clean and well stocked with the essentials.

Cozy, Clean and Great Experience

One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in. Place was very clean, great location, nicely renovated and the hosts are very kind and responsive to any needs. They were also out early in the morning shoveling and snow blowing after a snow storm. Very impressed and would definitely stay again whenever I’m in Steamboat.
