  • This beautiful platinum-rated retreat has been completely remodeled. Dark hardwood floors welcome you throughout this getaway. The cozy gas fireplace with stone surround is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. Or take in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony. Preparing a meal in the kitchen, with granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances will be a delight. Torian Plum Plaza 307 features two TVs with a DVD player for your enjoyment. There is also an air-conditioning unit in the living room to keep you cool in the summer and a washer and dryer (detergent provided) on-site for your convenience. The main suite features a king bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living area. Guests will be happy to know this is a ski-in/out retreat, which means they'll have beginner slopes nearby! Enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site. Shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Great location

We had a great time and condo was just as advertised. The staff was very friendly and condo with clean. Great place would stay there again.

Perfect location and condo

Great location and condo had everything we could ask for. Extremely comfortable with great views. The entire staff takes pride in the property especially Sam who brought us a new coffee pot.

Awesome condo with a great location.

Amazing 1 bedroom condo. Very clean with everything in it you need to have a great stay in the mountains. Location was great. Steps away from the slopes, activities and restaurants. This condo provided a great view of the mountains and the base area from the windows and the patio.

Wow!

My wife and I loved this unit. Very comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition. The online pictures give a very accurate view. We like ample space, and we felt that we had plenty for two people. The location could not be better. About twenty steps to the elevator, then twenty steps to the outside door, and then about fifty steps (past restaurants and a ski shop) to where you put on your skis to go a very short downhill slope to the gondola.

Terrible mattress

The mattress is terrible and aggravated my back our entire trip. It is sunken, lumpy, and has a hard area running through it. We like torian plum and the condo was fine but we will not rent this unit again because of this awful mattress. After a long day of skiing it was very disappointing.

The Devil Is In The Details (Big & Small)

Convenient location near mountain/ski area. Clean unit. Kitchen well stocked. Devil & the details (Big & Small). A deal breaker when the devil shows up daily as BIG problems. The listing didn't mention what we found out upon checking into condo in evening: No lock/doorknob on storage locker for this unit 307. But suggested we put or expensive gear in there anyway. Didn't mention the indoor sauna was indefinitely out of commission. The Devil = Bedroom mattress needs to be replaced; the gas fireplace was non-functional for 5/6 days of our stay with a late discovery of a faulty gas valve (unsafe) & millivolt generator both being finally replace the night before us checking out. Constant parade of maintenance men day & night to fix all the issues. Staff had no clue of these issues when I reported them to them. The communication between front desk personnel via the computer system & word of mouth was sorely lacking. Had wrong linen for the left-out sofa bed. We received an accommodation of a 1:00 PM checkout. But during our checking out with back & forth trips from condo to garage to load our vehicle, the darn keycard was inactivated way prior to our 1:00 PM late checkout time so we were locked inside the garage until someone happen to come by to let us in. Front desk had no clue of the reason why our keycard inactivated at 11:00 AM but saw our late checkout approval on computer for 1:00PM (insult to injury). Lovely stay was marred by issues that needed fixing PRIOR TO renting.

Outdated decor, good location

The location is ski in /ski out. There are 20 stairs though to get back to the building from heart of base area. Condo is great for 3 ppl max or small family; 2 adults and 2 small children on pullout couch. Needs to be updated. Dingy carpet and chair. Sofa chair needs repair as it is very uncomfortable. Near 3 restaurants so that was convenient. Pool and hot tub. Nice views of slopes. Lobby in need of major upgrade.

Beautiful condo

We loved this condo. We have stayed at several in Steamboat over the years and this is our favorite! Beautifully decorated and everything you need to feel at home. Parking is convenient. Ski in/ski out! It has a ski storage right outside the unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for Skiers

Clean and functional unit. Steps from skiing, bars and restaurants (including breakfast). Comes with a shuttle to and from town (bring cash for tips), but expect a lengthy wait if you are coming back from town after dinner.

1st Steamboat Trip

No complaints, the room was very clean, great location, had a small drain issue and it was taken care of swiftly. The shuttle service was very convenient and was always within 5-10 minutes of picking up. Highly Recommended.

Very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Spacious living area. The mattress on the fold out couch would not be comfortable enough for adults, but my kids were fine. FYI - the DVD player is Blu-Ray. Needs a dust pan to go with the broom.
