Questa casa / cabina rustica ma rinnovata include tutti i comfort, tra cui W / D, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, pavimenti in bambù e parquet nelle aree comuni, moquette nelle camere da letto e biancheria e articoli per la casa per la vostra convenienza. There is a reason that this cabin is 5 stars rated by everyone. It’s simply because it’s a 5 stars property. Here’s what you get. A very cute cabin situated about 20 feet from the gorgeous Soda Creek. The setting is simply stunning. We were a family with 2 young children. Four adults and two children. Sleeping arrangement was perfect and two bathrooms. The yard is quite nice. We spent most of our time outside sitting by the flowing creek. Pretty sure the trout fishing in the creek is superb. Crystal clear water flowing rapidly over the rocks. I cannot recall ever seeing a prettier creek. At night the rushing water noise puts you to sleep. The neighborhood is very nice with million dollar plus houses all around. We rented bikes for our week’s stay and biked most everywhere. The cabin is about 3 blocks from all the restaurants and shops. Very convenient to everything. We even biked to the rodeo.Robbie is the owner and lives next door. He is most responsive and very helpful. A great host!Finally, I can say this cabin met all our expectations and more. We will absolutely stay here again. Last year we stayed in a very nice condo downtown on the Yampa River. This cabin out did it hands down. So if you are hoping to go to Heaven but you aren’t quite ready to go, stay in this cabin instead. It’s about as close as you can get.

Cabin was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed for the week. It is walking distance to downtown and minutes from skiing. We had one minor issue, and the Owner fixed it within an hour, excellent response time.We will be coming back next year and made great memories at this cabin.

Cozy cabin, great location, close to Lincoln Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Very convenient to hop on the free shuttle for skiing. We will be back.

Stayed to ski in the bitter cold -- but the house was warm. We have been to Steamboat several times and enjoyed the cabin and being near town/good restaurants. Nice comfy spot.

Cute and cozy cabin with beautiful stream views. Location close to old town with great shopping and restaurants. Family enjoyed skiing in fresh snow and visiting nearby hot springs. We all had a wonderful stay and made some great memories.

Location is super convenient! We were arriving late and the hosts made sure the place was heated up and the driveway was plowed for us. Such a cozy spot. Would absolutely rent again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin is so cute with a wonderful yard on the stream. It's a couple of blocks from town so no problem walking around eliminating the hassle of parking in the bustling downtown area of Steamboat! Loved the dogs next door and the bear visits near the property at night! Never saw a bear but did see some footprints :)

The description of the property states "best location in Old Town" and that is absolutely correct! The property offers a perfect balance of serenity and convenience. Its location near a stream provides a peaceful atmosphere, yet it's close enough (walking distance) to bustling Steamboat Springs for easy access to shops and restaurants. The proximity to Hayden was also ideal for attending a nearby wedding, and the variety of activities such as hot springs, river rafting, hiking, shopping, and dining added to the overall positive experience. The host's responsiveness and close proximity (next door) were appreciated, offering peace of mind without being intrusive. This combination of location, amenities, and hospitality left a lasting impression. This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and will not be our last. We look forward to staying here again .

My husband and I spent four days in this incredible cabin. First of all pictures do not do it justice — the property, the grounds, interiors, all were fantastic. We had a couple of questions for the owner regarding trashcan location, and he was very responsive and super friendly. The location is incredible, there is the private seclusion of feeling like you’re in the woods. Meanwhile, you’re just minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs. We would absolutely stay here again. We fell in love with this cabin.
