Snowflower 204, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a beautifully updated condo, just steps from the gondola. If it's proximity to Steamboat Ski Resort you're looking for, you've found the place. Within a 2-3 minute walk, guests can be at the gondola, Christie Lift, base area restaurants, shopping, Burgess Creek Beach and the Coca-Cola Adventure Zone. Our unit is regularly updated and well cared for. There are two bedrooms with ensuite baths, one with a King and one with a Queen. The other two bedrooms consist of, one with the option of either a King or Two Twins and the other with 2 Twin Bunks for a total of 4 Twins. If your group wants to spread out, there is also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Off of the living room and Bedroom#1 there is a balcony with expansive mountain views. If you stay with us you'll enjoy a gas fireplace, top of the line kitchenwares, ample seating for dining, kid-friendly amenities (Pack'n'Play, toys/books), a heated pool/hot tub, community firepit and the list goes on! Whether it's summer or winter, Snowflower is the perfect place to base your mountain adventure.

You can’t beat the location. My family and I (4 adults and two kids) all stayed for here for the week. While the condo was spacious enough and well appointed to fulfill all of our needs, the building and condo interior could use some updating. It was a bit stale inside which required us to keep the windows open all the time for the cross breeze. Fortunately the weather was warm enough to do so (unfortunately the downstairs neighbors in 104 were smoking and which caused us to close the windows back up!) The communal pool and hot tub were totally fine and well maintained but no frills.

We moved out after one night. Pictures don’t tell the story. The place is in disrepair. We have many pictures to prove it. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Carpet stained and dirty. An outrageous price for location. We moved to a beautiful condo for less at Torian Plum. Vacasa was terrific.

Excellent rental in Steamboat. Spacious, great amenities and great location. We had 3 families stay for the weekend and everyone felt is was a great layout for our big group. Comfortable beds, fans to bring in the cool mountain air, and a kitchen setup for cooking meals made our stay perfect.

My husband and I rented this property and our son and his girlfriend joined us. Our other children were not able to come but we would have had plenty of room. It is a short walk to the slopes and enjoyed the nearness to the slopes and to town. We will definitely rent again when back in Steamboat. The property has everything one would need and more. The owners checked in with me to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). I highly recommend this property.

We had a terrific stay in Joy's unit which is in a great location, within walking distance to the area called, The Land Up. This includes the chair lift, mountain coaster, mini golf course, restaurants and the Burgess Creek "beach" area for kid fun by the little mini waterfalls and sand. Wild Plum Market/Eatery is just steps away. This is a nice go to spot (among others) to sit outside with friends to have a morning coffee, a carry out lunch, etc.
Joy's unit was extremely clean, very nicely decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen. There are so many plates, coffee mugs and other kitchen necessities including a crock pot and Mickey waffle maker. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and pillows (always a must for me) and most rooms had local artists' works complementing the decor. 2 of the 4 rooms had their own private bathroom. There was a shared bath for the other two rooms. A real nicety was having a separate sink in the bunk room! In addition to stools for sitting at the counter, there was a large table with bench seating on one side and additional chairs which accommodated everyone. Joy has stocked the unit with games, books, puzzles and some movies. As it was summer, we didn't make use of the fireplace. There are fans for cooling but we didn't need them at all as the evening weather was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and additionally, there is a raised fire pit with a seating area and table for those who want to enjoy eating outside. Btw, there is a very nice balcony with a couple of tables and quite a few chairs for watching the sunrise or just enjoying sometime to catch the beautiful view. It is accessible from either the master bedroom or from the living space so everyone can enjoy it.
Joy was very welcoming every step of the way. You can tell she takes great pride in her condo and we're fortunate that we were given the opportunity to stay here. This is our 2nd visit to Steamboat and this unit will be our go to, "home away from home" whenever we are in town. I can't forget to mention that there is enclosed parking on the lower level for two cars with an elevator for access to your floor. A coin operated laundry is there also.
Thank you Joy for opening your home to us. Your extra touches and attention to detail are obvious and all contributed to a great few days away!

This is a typical ski condo. Excellent location. Property in good condition. Large master bedroom and three other bedrooms + three bathrooms. One large room has the kitchen, dining area and living room. Underground parking. Surprised to find the toaster, microwave and master window blinds needing repairs but would stay here again.

This condo is great! Very short, easy walk to the slopes (maybe 200 yards). We came back to the condo for lunch daily. This was the most well equipped Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook for an army of hungry skiers. There was plenty of toilet paper, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, bath and pool towels, etc for our entire stay. Additionally there were tons of spices for cooking which was great. Laundry is down two flights of stairs and costs $1.75 for a load. You can get quarters at the front desk. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day on the slopes.
Joy was very responsive whenever we had a question. We did not rent a car and did not need one. We used the free bus to go downtown and to the grocery store (instant cart doesn’t work in Steamboat- your groceries will never be delivered).
This is a wonderful condo and I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Joy! Your place is clean, spacious and the kitchen is super well-stocked (so useful when cooking all our meals). It is conveniently located and the pool and fire pit were lovely to relax and allow the kids time to play. Warning, it is HOT during the summer! Thank you Joy for the extra fans, that helped cool things down at night!
