The space
Welcome to your cozy home base in the heart of the mountains—ideal for couples, small families, or anyone craving adventure and relaxation. This recently updated studio condo comfortably sleeps up to three guests, featuring a plush king bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
Just a short walk from the gondola, you'll be among the first in line each morning. Back at the condo, unwind on the plush loveseat and chair, stream your favorite show, or relax after a big day outdoors in the complex's pool, hot tub, and steam room.
With a fully stocked kitchen, quality linens and towels, a full suite of soaps and shampoo, and complimentary coffee, every detail is taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Rest easy in the open-concept sleeping area, featuring a comfortable brand new King mattress and hotel-quality linens. The nearby living space transforms effortlessly into a second sleeping area, thanks to a full-size sleeper sofa —perfect for additional guests or family members.
The bathroom may be compact, but it’s thoughtfully appointed with everything you will need. Enjoy a relaxing bath or refreshing rinse in the tub/shower combo, complete with high-end shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It’s the perfect space to refresh and recharge after a day exploring the outdoors.

Small but mighty, this compact kitchen has everything you need to whip up a hearty meal after a day on the slopes or trails. Thoughtfully designed, it features a four-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, full fridge, and all the essential cookware, small appliances, and utensils.

The complex hosts a wide array of well kept amenities including: heated pool, hot tub, firepit, fitness center, steam room, and on-site massage services. The complementary shuttle operates during ski season and provides access to the mountain and downtown Steamboat!

Just a quarter-mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort gondola, EagleRidge Lodge puts you at the heart of the action in every season. Winters bring access to 18 lifts and 169 ski trails while summer transforms the mountain into a playground for hiking, biking, and even a dedicated bike park. In town, the Yampa River winds through the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, perfect for an afternoon of rafting.
Downtown Steamboat Springs is three miles north, home to home to many lively restaurant, bars, cafes, and shops. You're also five miles from Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles from Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles from Steamboat Lake State Park.
Grocery shopping is convenient with the Wild Plum just down the street, or City Market about a mile away for a larger selection
