Rilassati e rannicchiati accanto al fuoco o fai un tuffo nella vasca idromassaggio dopo una breve passeggiata dagli impianti di risalita in questo condominio tranquillo e accogliente. Sotto la nuova proprietà, la proprietà è un accogliente condominio con due camere da letto che è stato recentemente aggiornato per includere alcuni nuovi arredi con un tocco di moderno stile montano. L'unità dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata completa di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un doppio forno e un bar per la colazione (posti a sedere 5). La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei persone. Nel soggiorno puoi goderti il camino a gas e prendere la luce naturale dalle grandi finestre pittoresche, che fiancheggiano il muro esterno. Un balcone privato è accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Il condominio dispone di 3 TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD, lettore CD, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e via cavo per il vostro divertimento. HBO incluso. L'unità include anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Due delle vasche idromassaggio della comunità si trovano a una scala di distanza dalla porta principale, camminando un po 'più in là per godersi la piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size e bagno annesso. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto singolo nella seconda camera da letto e un ulteriore bagno completo. C'è anche un divano letto nella zona giorno. Se viaggi con i più piccoli, l'unità è dotata di Pack & Play, seggiolino e alcuni giocattoli.

**** Nota: al momento stiamo aggiornando l'arredamento delle camere da letto. Sebbene simile nei toni, si sentirà più aggiornato. Aggiungeremo le immagini man mano che vengono installate. Anche nella stanza degli ospiti, aggiungeremo una tv più grande. Speriamo di avere questo completo entro maggio. Grazie!

Came to see the fall foliage and some R&R; was not disappointed. Some snow on the mountain peaks and the aspens were in yellow and red. We did have to drive some to catch colors but additionally caught site of Moose, Deer, and Antilope. Kitchen had all the needed items required for fixing breakfast and a couple dinners. Evening we enjoyed talking and playing cards. Great location for all the activities.

Great spot! Very nice and quiet area, close to everything. Nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook up meals...though we ate at some amazing restaurants.

Good stay with extended family. This property offered a more affordable option in a very expensive area. It was clean and exactly as pictured. There are a couple of things that I think the owners would want to be aware of- I get the feeling that the owners rely on the complex for maintenance and cleaning. -The office only wanted to give us one parking pass. This wasn’t listed in the check-in info, but should be. -Broken blinds, 2 of 3 bathroom lightbulbs burnt out, and the twin pullout was in poor condition (multiple springs missing- I put my 2yo on it and was fine, but I wouldn’t lay on it) -No coffee filters- I figured out how to make one with paper towels -No air conditioning- this should be listed in the property listing, even though many of those building don’t have AC

This is a very nice property but during the summer it might not be the best spot. There is no A/C which made it difficult to sleep. My main complaint is that this was not disclosed until after I booked. This should be explained in the property description in my opinion. Some cooling fans present in the condo helped but it was still not great. The place is clean. The check in process was great. It’s a wonderful location with walking distance to shops and places to eat. In the cooler months this place is a home run. The owners were quickly responsive when I asked a question.

The 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a great layout and excellent furniture. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Loved to be able to walk short distance to gondola and to bus stop for free shuttle. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was simple and instructions from owner were complete. Only downside was that it was a hot week and with no air conditioning we managed the temperature with open windows at night and provided fans but it was still warm at times.

Check-in process was great and very easy as was the check-out process. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean, but is somewhat dated with older faucets (one was dripping) and toilets, etc. Mattresses on the beds were too soft. We were unable to get the TVs to work due to no written instructions on site and many remotes. We never could get TVs to work even after finally calling the maintenance number on the second day. Overall the condo was a good value, but we were disappointed mainly with the TV operation.

Loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy, really made us feel at home. Love the 2 beds and 2 baths, there was plenty of space for 4 adults. Host had quick response time and flexibility when we wanted to add a night to our stay.

The layout of the property was perfect for me (grandma), my son, my daughter-in-law, my grandson age 4, my granddaughter age almost 2, and their nanny. They loved the pool, hot tubs, and the mountain. We highly recommend the shuttle from the registration office versus walking to the gondola with young children. The owners of the property worked with us so that we could borrow towels for the Strawberry Park Hot Springs on the day we checked out. Thank you for a memorable and magical stay!

Ryan and Jana were excellent hosts, having provided us everything we needed in advance for a smooth check in. Their property was super clean and convenient, only 7 minute walk to the main Steamboat Gondola. There was also included shuttle service that was complimentary and convenient. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs close to the unit after each day on the slopes, and had a great time in Steamboat. We would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautifully appointed condo right in the heart of Steamboat resort. Very comfortable, up to date, with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Easy check in / check out, smooth communication with management, and a great location.

Great place to stay with 4 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter. Everything was clean and cozy and very quiet during our stay. Location was great as it was not right down in the middle of downtown, but close . Condo was equipped with everything we needed as indicated on the website and the owners were awesome to work with.
