  • This family friendly condo is right next to the community hot tub and easy walking distance from the gondola, perfect for anyone looking for creature comforts alongside lots of outdoor fun and adventure.

    Cook up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, and then dine together indoors at the fireside table for six, or outdoors on the furnished balcony. The living area features a large, sectional and a TV - perfect for movie nights with the whole family!

    There is a king-size bed in the main and second bedrooms as well as attached bathrooms. There are also two double beds in the third bedroom and another full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

    A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. If you have any questions during your stay, our friendly on-site staff is ready to provide world-class service!

    Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

    You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Great location and space.

My family and I were very satisfied with this place. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the rental came with great benefits (i.e. free shuttle service, washer & dryer units and ski lockers). Price was great for the size of the place and conveniently located to the Steamboat lifts and shops.

Family ski week

Really nice layout for 6 people. The interior is dated, but it has the necessary elements - 2 well maintained hot tubs directly outside, Vacasa shuttle service to downtown, private ski lockers and a gas fireplace. We had some small issues with the unit (clogged drain in tub, fireplace wouldn't turn on), but service from Vacasa staff was very prompt and professional. The outdoor pool was closed due to a heater malfunction. Walk to the gondola in 5-10 minutes and a small grocery store is less than 5 minutes away.

Close to the Gondola, and Hot Tub

This place was great for 2 families. Hot tub was right outside the front door. Shuttle service was great to get to the mountain. Getting off the mountain you can ski to the left of the gondola and walk less than 2 blocks to this place!

Spacious and comfortable

Our family of six enjoyed this home during our recent vacation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and private. The living, dining and kitchen is open floor plan and very functional. Lots of windows, cozy fireplace and games for family game night. The hot tub is conveniently located steps from the door. The furnishings are stylish and in good condition. A view of a mountain with gondolas and two decks offered the outdoors to expand the feel of the home. Very happy with our stay!

Stay in B105 over New Year’s weekend 2019/2020

Front office responsiveness was excellent. Certain items requested in advance were in the room upon arrival, e.g. high chair, play pens for sleeping by toddler and infant. During our stay the front office also responded to other request promptly and completely. Location of unit was excellent, close to hot tub, laundry, first floor location made ingress and egress easy. Double beds and pillows in one of the bedrooms, were hard and uncomfortable. Living room couch appeared to have years of abuse and misuse. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room fireplace was a useful feature.

Great accommodations and value

Couldn't be happier with our stay at the lodge! Our entire baseball team and families stayed at the lodge with plenty of room to swim, barbecue and relax. We will definitely be back next year.

We loved it

The unit was great for our group of 5. We planned to use the free shuttle but found that it was close enough to walk to Gondola every day. We just stored our skis at Christy Sports which made it easy. Also, the hot tub area is really convenient to this unit really right outside the front door. We loved it and would come back to the great skiing and friendly people of Steamboat.
