Newly remodeled and a great location.

Our family of 4 spent the 2026 ski season using The Perch as our base of operations and had a wonderful stay. The Perch is located right on the Yampa River and is a short walk to both the Yampa River Core Trail and a bus stop with direct access to the mountain. The space is well appointed and had everything we needed for an extended stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the second story deck overlooking the River and enjoying morning coffee or apes beers. We would (and hopefully will) stay at The Perch again sometime soon.
