This lovingly remodeled condo is ideal for a family getaway, no matter the season. When you want to swim or soothe your muscles, this condo is just upstairs from the hot tubs and right next door to the heated pool.

The cozy living area features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a warming gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for six and there is a breakfast bar for four. The full kitchen provides all the means to prepare meals away from home including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The furnished balcony is accessible through a sliding glass door in the living room as well as the main bedroom and offers a table and chairs for outdoor dining paired with a view.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home!
