Gather around a roaring fire with a mug of hot cocoa at this beautifully appointed, four-bedroom townhome in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be just a short stroll from the gondola and world-class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking. This multi-level home is open, inviting, and designed for gathering with friends and family, offering an airy kitchen with island seating and prep space, a deck with a view of the mountains, and flatscreen TVs in the living room, the den, and three of the bedrooms for movie nights with your loved ones. Come home from a day in the mountains to soak in the jetted bathtub, or grab a fresh swimsuit or a change of clothes from the washer/dryer to enjoy the community's heated pool, hot tubs, firepit, fitness center, steam room, and massage services. Each evening, you'll sleep soundly in four bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, a third with a pair of twin beds, and a fourth with two sets of twin bunkbeds for the kids. A sofabed provides additional sleeping accommodations as well.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
