EagleRidge Townhomes 1507 is a spacious four-bedroom townhouse that will place you within easy walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and doors that open to a private deck where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace; throughout the home, you'll find four Smart TVs, three DVD players, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer to refresh your ski gear, and a one-car garage for your convenience.

The master suite features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed apiece; one offers an attached bathroom as well. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, and it shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. There is also a half-bathroom located on the main living level and a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area. On the grounds of EagleRidge, you'll enjoy community access to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to take you to the best of Steamboat.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
