Spacious Comfort one “row” back from the slopes. There is no need to cram the whole family into a tiny ski condo on the slopes. La Casa 20 is a spacious, multi-level condo that lives more like a townhome. Located within walking distance to the snow, access to a ski season shuttle and features common area hot tubs, this is a great Steamboat vacation rental.

Enter to an open kitchen area with plenty of counter space and even a large pantry for stocking your groceries. The chef in your family will have no problem preparing your post mountain adventure dinners and your get fueled up pre-adventure breakfasts. There is a mud room with plenty of space for your jackets and gear and a full size washer & dryer. Proceed through to the dining area with wet bar and full bathroom. The spacious living area has comfortable seating for everyone, a gas fireplace for cozy nights retelling your adventures on the mountain and a TV to catch your favorite shows or games. The Pac Man arcade game and the shuffleboard table will provide hours of fun. There is access to a balcony with wonderful valley views, great in summer or winter.

One level up you will find two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. One has two twin beds and the other has a Queen/Queen set of bunk beds. The top level has two bedroom suites with King beds and each has their own gas fireplaces and bathrooms. There is a small nook that acts as a 5th private sleeping area with a set of twin bunk beds near the dining area, perfect for the kids.

Speaking of kids, the condo owners have a young family and you will find plenty of toys, books and games in the closets to keep the kids entertained. There is also some gear for little ones including a packnplay and portable bed rails. The condo would fit two families traveling together really well since there are two King suites and plenty of other bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone spread out and happy. Or bring your group of friends and you don't have to worry about sharing a bathroom.

La Casa 20 has 1 assigned covered parking space in front of the condo and there may be extra parking in the overflow lot above for 1 additional vehicle, There are two common area hot tubs on the property as well as some BBQ grills. You are a quick walk to the slopes or catch the free Steamboat city bus out front and ride a couple minutes to the base area (or further to access the rest of town). During ski season there is a free on-call shuttle for La Casa. During biking season, hop on your bike from the condo and have easy access to the mountain biking trails at the Steamboat Ski Area or access the miles of paved trails around the mountain area neighborhoods that eventually flow down to the paved Yampa River Core trail.
