This home not only enjoys a practical location next to local markets and businesses, but it is also just a block from Steamboat Ski Resort and close to all kinds of winter and summer activities that include river tubing, a waterfall hike, and, yes, the majestic hot water springs. And when it's time to head back, you'll have plenty of parking, so you'll never need to worry about an open space! This particular unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

This gorgeous mountain chalet features a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and a dining table with seating for six people. The living room is adorned with a cozy gas fireplace to keep the room nice and toasty, plus exposed wooden beams supporting the ceiling, which helps to add a warm ambiance to the home. During warmer months, the private balcony will be just the place to enjoy lazy evenings under the cool summer breeze.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite bath, a TV, and balcony access to top it all off. There are a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, plus a TV and an additional full bathroom as well. For extra sleeping space, there is a sofa bed in the living area.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
