“The staff were amazing, really upbeat and friendly - especially the lady that served breakfast and the singing Chef who likes Adele a little too much :) My Stay was comfortable and the room was lovely. i will definitely stay here again for any other work trips i need to take. great place to stay for work, restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff work hard to make everythingjust right ”

“Cheap and cheerful - great if that's what you're looking for: impeccably clean, smoothly run, and Marlon the receptionist is a really nice bloke, couldn't have been more helpful.”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Sixth time visiting here, first time with the name change and its still just as good. Love the new neon sign outside. Staff were very friendly, check in was nice and quick at the self check in machines and the rooms are clean and spacious for the price.”

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel anche se ogni giorno mi recavo a Londra, che si trova a 30 minuti da Stevenage, stazione inoltre molto comoda a soli 5 minuti di camminata... l’unica pecca è che durante le feste non passa niente, e i taxi sono carissimi....
