“La stanza era grande e di comodo accesso al piano terra. Biancheria e asciugamani pulite, comode e grandi. Purtroppo la struttura ha arredamneto molto datato e con la moquette, ma è comunque pulito in generale. La colazione modesta, purtroppo servita in un piccolo spazio in reception. Il prezzo modesto ti fa dimenticare di tutte le pecche per chi viaggia e si ferma una sola notte di passaggio.”

“Ho amato questo hotel e tutto ciò che ci ha offerto in questo soggiorno, lo consiglio tanto perché è perfetto, la pulizia è ottima, le camere sono molto ordinate è molto belle, ed anche la colazione è ottima, si può scegliere tra dolce e salato. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel anche se ogni giorno mi recavo a Londra, che si trova a 30 minuti da Stevenage, stazione inoltre molto comoda a soli 5 minuti di camminata... l’unica pecca è che durante le feste non passa niente, e i taxi sono carissimi....

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...

“Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bedroom was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It’s a town centre pub so consider the noise (especially at weekends) but you can’t avoid that and it didn’t bother me. Would definitely use again. ”
