“I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. “Very nice and cosy. It has been a pleasure staying at this B&B. It's easy reachable from the train station of Royston, by foot. The bedroom was very comfortable. Although the bathromm was not private, it was cleaned and close to the bedroom, with all the utilities. It's perfect for couples or also singles.”
