Hotel vicino a Melwood - Royston

“The rooms were simple & comfortable but the check in process was pretty poor. Dinner & breakfast were just about ok but we were rushed out of the breakfast room at 10.10 & asked to leave the hotel asap for the cleaners to start work. Overall I can give this property no more than 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“L'hotel anche se non è al centro è in una buona posizione vicino alla stazione che in 10 minuti si arriva al centro di Cambridge. Quello che mi è piaciuto meno è la colazione in base agli altri holiday inn era più scarsa e scarsa quantità”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...

“Colazione”

“A very comfortable country pub, with great food, top chef and well kept beer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a tad small and basic but the bathroom was modern and hey this is a 16th century building and I enjoyed my stay.”

“On arrival Expedia booking which I paid in advance was declined but I wasn't informed so tried to pay with amex , but they wouldn't accept it. So had to pay on alternative card. Room was hot and stuffy, there were no bath towels or shower gel. The small kettle had a very small cable which was not detachable and was a stretch to get to a socket which I subsequently burnt my hand on trying to pour a drink. No hot food in the hotel incl evening meals and sparse continental breakfast was poor”

“Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great.”

“Friendly staff and upgraded to terrace suite”

“Great stay !!”

“We arrived early before the check in time but were made to feel welcome, parking was difficult to find but once we were told where to go all was OK and there was ample parking. The room was comfortable and there was everything that you could possible need, even slippers and a dressing gown! Breakfast was well cooked and ample and the hosts were very friendly, We liked having the toaster on the table, never seen this before and we have stayed in lots of places over the years. We would highly...

“Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty.”

“Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Cambridge. Great hotel. Clean and has everything you could want. Had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was amazing. Big shout out to Elia Tous, the restaurant manager. So so helpful and gave great recommendations.”
