“We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund.”

“There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

“The room was clean and beds comfortable. Was disappointed no staff on a Sunday morning till 8am and no breakfast. I guess there was a staff issue. ”

“The staff was great. We wish we new there was construction going on. That wouldn't have swayed us from staying but it would have been nice to know. The laundry room floor was dirty and sticky. Breakfast was great and so was the gentleman who was working the breakfast. Overall it was good. Thank you”

“This hotel is far enough away from the road you won't hear anything. Room was great, and breakfast was nice. FYI...This hotel doesn't have a elevator so it's stairs to the second floor. Fabulous Asian food right across the street too.”

“I don't believe $250 for one night here was worth it, we were told the elevator was not working when we checked in. After that we were put in a room on the 4th floor, upon arriving on that floor the smell of Marijuana was all throughout the floor and the bathroom of our room. The rooms as well as the hotel itself are dated, bed was comfortable and when the bathroom sink was turned on air came out then dirty water. I'm sure this hotel was nice in the mid nineties.”

“I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!”
