“Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was...

“Tamara and staff answered all questions and provided items when needed graciously and timely. The location was great for all of our explorations. The accommodations were spacious and comfy. We went to many beaches, but none were as perfect as the one right off our balcony. We will be back!”

“I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. “Perfect & magical location on the edge of the sea. Spectacular views of the sunset every night from multiple balconies and terraces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (shared with other guests from other units). Owner was great. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Would stay again!”
