“So, first worries were "How inexpensive is this? Whats Wrong?" Basically nothing. This place is great. It is small, and that probably keeps the clientele more adults only. The guy on the weekend (Angel maybe?) was outstanding, nice, exceptionally bilingual. It is ON the beach. Not THE best beach in all of PR, but really quite good enough. Walkable, not too rough, some sandy bottom but want shoes if walk further out, some rocks and Urchins. But wouldn't trade this stay for the world. Street...

“2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR. “Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!”
