“Nice new hotel, however they missed the opportunity to make a real difference with a better breakfast buffet.”

“A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Service was excellent! We really appreciated the noon checkout time. My only complaint was that the “queen size“ bed was actually a double bed. Pretty small for 2 people, yet there is plenty of space in the room for a king bed. Also, the bedside clock was an old-style analog clock with a small, unlit dial that was positioned about 1 foot above the floor, making it practically useless.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The property is very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and considerate. The rooms are comfortable. The continental breakfast is one of the best we've had and the Oxbow provides a very good dining experience.”
