Hotel vicino a Stephen Avenue - Calgary

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom”

“Easy check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a short 3 block was to the C-Train which dropped us off at the gates to the stampede grounds (which is why we were there). A very nice roof-top restaurant.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“There was a lot of selection at the complementary breakfast each morning. The room was clean. There was a broken drawer handle we noticed upon arrival and despite the front desk assuring us it would be fixed, it stayed broken for our week long stay. There were a lot of homeless encampments around the entire hotel but there were security guards/police patrolling constantly. All things considered, I would stay here again.”

“Rooms are clean and a good size including kitchen. Property looks a little less inviting from the outside. Good location in downtown Calgary.”
