“Thee most kindest customer service! Every staff member engaged with you. Didn’t matter if they were front desk or cleaning staff! Everyone was beyond friendly!!!! The facility was good. But honestly the customer service made this place amazing!!!!”

“Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Very convenient to downtown by LRT. Rooms clean and comfortable. Did not appreciate changing nightly rate,, especially as it was not clear ahead of time on Expedia.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby.”
