Hotel vicino a Stephens Creek Natural Park - Portland

“This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

“Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name that checked us in but he was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning she wasn't rude or anything she just probably doesn't have the greatest people skills. The only other funky thing was their spa time is 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and then when we went down to get in the spa at 10:00 even though checkout was at 11:00 they said that they were just starting maintenance and it was already a quarter after 10:00. “The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”
