“Breakfast would have been great”

“My family of 5 had a good experience staying at Hampton Inn. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. We had a plumbing situation and the managers were prompt in rerooming us and even extended to us an extra room at no additional cost. Breakfast was adequate-there was something available for everyone to choose from. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Booked a room traveling through , trusted Expedia , didn’t realize it was a non refundable room, walked into lobby which was filthy , lobby bathroom was out of order , the sorry excuse for a coffee table was completely empty and looked like it hadn’t been touched in months .
