“We stayed late March, so off-season - The room was very clean and property was quiet. The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary chocolates were yummy. We had some issues, but were given a partial refund for those issues at the end, so the resort made it right. That said, it did hamper our experience: - The exterior light outside our room atop the stairs didn't work, so at night it was quite dark and a bit dangerous. - TV in the main living area didn't work - no power. “When i got there, at first glance, the room looked and smelled really good until i got to the bathroom. The toilet and shower were not cleaned from the last people who stayed because there was poop stains in the toilet and hair in the shower drain and a dried up soap bar on the ledge of the shower. The garbage had used Q tips and kleenex left in it. It was gross.”
