“Purchased through Expedia and hotel charged my card $50. Been 2 weeks and still no credit to my account. Upset with both hotel and Expedia.”

“The rooms were pretty dated and filthy for being the off season. Floors were filthy and sticky. Lots of mystery stains on the carpets trough out. The bathrooms were filthy, mildew on the showers. It was the most disgraceful experience we ever had at a resort. The pictures online make the rooms look clean and pristine but it’s all a lie. We will never ever return to that complex. We feared bed bugs was going to be its next ailment. Go anywhere else in the iron mountain area!”

“It was a very nice stay, the host was great at communicating. Lots of local taverns, and the friendliest little dive bar in town. (The Woodward bar). Try the hot beef! 10/10 would recommend this rental.”

“Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box...
