“We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. “For the most part this is a truly excellent family run guest house and I can definitely recommend this spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well appointed place to stay in the quiet residential area of the town. The house is located midway between the town centre with its public transport interchange and the seafront with its attraction and beach both are about 10 to 15 minute walk away.”

“Fantastic stay. Stayed for a wedding. Staff really welcoming and friendly throughout. Slightly difficult to find our room, but was lovely when we got into it. We struggled to keep the room cool, but we loved the big bed and huge bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic too. Scenery amazing. Would definitely stay again”

Really big room with a lovely bathroom with twin sinks, a super bath and large seperate shower. Nice toiletries and large bath sheets too. The bed was very big and comfortable. Best of all was the balcony out onto the roof and behind the chinmey stack where it was great to sit in the sun in complete privacy with a cup of tea or a drink. “I spent one night whilst visiting a friend and the hotel was absolutely ideal. Fantastic location on the beach front. All of the staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and very clean.
