“It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay.”

“It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

Only downsie was that somebody had forgotten to empy the bin in the room before I got there and I had to ask for the heating to be put on as the 1st night was very cold, it did go on late in the evening on the 2nd night so all goo, but overall nice place, spot on staff and will stay again! ”

“A very enjoyable stay in a boutique hotel, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were all different, with each offering individual benefits. We were slightly concerned that the restaurant was not open on our first night, but we were able to get food from other areas, so not a problem overall.”
