All four apartments have its own private entry. There are 2 washer / dryers. Old fashion popcorn machine. Multiple Smart TVs. Ductless ACs. Parking.

Welcome to the historic Stephentown Hotel! The building under went a 2.5 year renovation. We are located minutes away from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort in the world famous Berkshire Mountains! Right on the NY / MASS border in beautiful Stephentown. Surrounded by nature and serenity.

The listing is for the entire building which includes (x4) apartments:

- Apartment # 1 (1st FL - Two bedroom. 6 person capacity)
- Apartment # 2 (1st FL - Studio. 4 person capacity)
- Apartment # 3 (1st / 2nd FL. 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 2 living rooms / 1 kitchen. 12 person capacity)
- Apartment # 4 (2nd FL - Two bedroom. 6 person capacity).

Apartment # 1 (2 Bed Berkshire Getaway minutes to Jiminy Peak Ski). Features two bedrooms, both with Queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room. Stand up shower. Large eat in kitchen.

Apartment # 2 (Berkshires Studio Apt @ the Stephentown Hotel). Large studio with an eat in kitchen, King bed, queen sleeper sofa. Stand up shower. Private deck / porch.

Apartment # 3 (5 Bed / 3 bath Near Jiminy Peak Berkshires). This is the "crown jewel" unit! 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 2 living rooms / 1 kitchen / 1 arcade. Private W/D in unit. Large eat in kitchen on the 1st FL. Arcade with three video arcade games. Bath tub on the 1st FL and stand up showers on the 2nd & 3rd FL. Large deck outside. Private Washer / Dryer inside unit.

Apartment # 4 (2 Bed Berkshire Getaway @ Stephentown Hotel). Large two bedroom on the 2nd FL. King bed + Queen bed + Queen pull out in the living room. Bath tub. Large eat in kitchen. Arcade with three video arcade games. Large deck outside. Private Washer / Dryer inside unit.

There are ductless ACs throughout the apartment, in the bedrooms and living rooms. Each AC has its own remote. We have a thermostat on the wall for heat (which is provided via boiler baseboard radiators).

We have two outdoor amenity spaces. They feature two fire pits, BBQs, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, cornhole and misc backyard games. We include firewood and fire starter in every apartment. Perfect for making smores and BBQing!

There is a large deck off apartment # 3 & 4. There is a private deck off apartment # 2.

We offer x2 travel pack n play (Graco® Pack 'n Play® On the Go™ Playard). It features a removable bassinet. If you need the pack n play, please send a request. We keep two on hand and brought out by request only. We have a set of sheets that are cleaned for your use.

We also offer x2 high chair / boaster chairs. Please send a request if you will need the chairs.

Pets: Pets must be given permission. We love pets and try to ensure you and your furry friends enjoy your trip! Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge. With that in mind, we ask you to clean up as best as possible. If needed, there may be an additional cleaning fee per stay (requested after the stay if necessary). This would reflect additional cleaning if needed.

Each apartment is equipped with a Keurig machine & K cups, creamer, sweetener, tea bags, blackout shades for the bedrooms, blow dryer, corkscrew / bottle opener, pizza cutter, toaster, cutlery, cutting board, ice trays, dishes, pots, pans, laundry detergent, bluetooth speaker and USB outlets.

Washer / Dryer - there are two W/Ds for your use. Pods provided.

1) In Apartment # 3 Triplex - there is a W/D on the 1st FL.
2) In Apartment # 4 - there is a W/D on the 1st FL in the entry.

Culligan water treatment filtered throughout the house for fresh tasting water.

Some history on the property! The building is the historic Stephentown Hotel, built in the 1860s as a railroad hotel to serve the increased traffic brought by the railroad until 1952. The Hotel is the last remaining of the four original railroad hotels in town. The Stephentown Hotel is a historical gem! Building was featured in "Taking Back Woodstock" film in 2009 directed by Ang Lee.

Security Cameras: The building has security cameras at the main entrance and inside the building’s lobby / common areas. There are NO video or recording devices in the unit. IF you see anything suspicious - PLEASE ALERT ME IMMEDIATELY.
