New house completed in 2024 located in the fast growing community of Stephenville, Tx. The home is big enough to host the entire extended family and friends. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and the home features upstairs and downstairs living rooms. The home boasts granite countertops, ample natural light, an open floor plan and all brand new furnishings! The backyard is a great place to hang out with its own grill and gas fire pit. Situated in a convenient location, visitors will have easy access to nearby amenities, restaurants, and Tarleton State University.

This is our second time to stay at this house. We absolutely love the property and how close it is to everything. We love having our whole family under one roof. Our family loves the fire pit in the backyard. We had so many great conversations around the fire. We will definitely be staying again.

This home is beautiful and very accommodating for a large family. It is close to everything in Stephenville. We loved the fire pit in backyard.The owner was very quick to respond and resolve any issues we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the open concept from kitchen to living room, allowed us to watch football while hanging out around the huge island prepping meals. Back porch dining on the cool fall mornings was an added perk to an amazing house. Having a laundry room in the house was a great feature for when you have messy little ones or adults who get some BBQ sauce on their shirt after grilling out on the outdoor kitchen.

This property is great for our family reunion with people coming from as far away as Korea. 7 bathrooms and two hot water heaters is nice. Our host responded immediately on the weekend when we needed her. We plan to use this property for a third time I January.

Great house for large family

House was perfect for our large family traveling together. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. Large back yard with fire pit was a great place to gather at night. We would absolutely rent this house again. The host was very responsive anytime I had questions.

Pristine and Spacious Home Away from Home

The house had so much space, so many closets for storing suitcases and clothes, the kitchen had absolutely anything you would need. Our group was in town for a symposium and there was no problem getting everyone out on time since there were so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We had an incredible stay and I highly recommend this house whether you have a big or small group.

Family Wedding Weekend- Home is ADA accessible

This house was perfect for our family group of 13, consisting of parents, adult children and significant others, ages 25-63. We have stayed in quite a few homes over the years and this one was by far the best. We were in town for a family wedding in Dublin and having 7 bathrooms was perfect for getting ready. Communication with Tristan was excellent.One of the biggest pluses about this home is that it is ADA accessible. We did not realize that when booking and it was such a pleasant surprise. I have an adult daughter who uses a wheelchair and everything was easy for her. There are small ramps getting into the house and out the back porch that make getting over the threshold very easy. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and each have a walk in shower.Thank you for the perfect house for our weekend in Stephenville.

This was the most fabulous house, we enjoyed an evening hosting APSU softball, our family was able to stay comfortable in the house, house was beautiful and even has a washer/dryer on both floors. It was amazing

Super cute, super clean seamless check in. House is perfect for a large group. Beds were comfortable, house well appointed and close to town. Great firepit and back yard. Couldn’t have had a better place for the weekend. 100% would book again.

Villa Stay

If I could give this VRBO 10 stars I would. The house was beautiful and so clean. We spent every evening around the fire pit while the kids played in the backyard. The location is perfect. It was so close to everything. We will definitely be back!!
