“I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. “The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment.”

The service was warm and attentive, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the jazz bar had a great atmosphere with delicious tapas. The spa massage was excellent.
