The rare hotel in this area that is reasonably priced and also very well staffed and maintained, with nice amenities. Best of all are cleanliness and the excellent breakfast bar! Will definitely be back.

I was Landing at 5 am and got the hotel for the sole purpose of getting some sleep and taking important work calls before joining my family at their Airbnb which would be available after 3pm. I had asked for a late check out as I had work calls and that was the entire purpose of getting the hotel room. I had agreed on an extra charge on email before hand. At check in, the hotel staff tried to make me pay for the entire extra day ( thank fully I had it in writing). I got disturbed 3 different times between noon and 3 pm by cleaning staff asking me when I will leave. One time the cleaning staff tried to forcobily enter in the room in the middle of a call 😑 Pretty bad experience overall.

Unbeknownst to me, my husband reserved the 5am airport shuttle (I thought we were taking the 5:30). At 4:58am, the kind front desk agent phoned our room to check on us and see if we were going to take the 5am shuttle. It was so nice of her to take the time to call. We hopped on the 5:30am shuttle and made it to Dulles Airport in great time.

The tv had very limited channels. Many were scrammbled. Also the pillows were not very comfortable. I did find the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean property and quiet...just wish there were more eating places near hotel when walking..or more sidewalks to get to near by eating establishments and not have to walk highway

There is a restaurant right next door inside the Holiday Inn for dinner service but unfortunately, that is the only one within walking distance. Most of the restaurants in the area do deliver though through Uber Eats or Grub Hub. We wish you safe travels ahead.

Second time to book this property for a layover at Dulles airport… Shuttle runs every 30 minutes which is convenient and the staff is nice as well! No issues with check in or check out.. breakfast was good, will stay here again if needed
