The Space:
Tucked away in the northeast corner of Virginia, you`ll find this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome affords the peace and freedom of country living paired with the convenience of proximity to major commuter routes and our nation`s capital.

The front entrance to this tri-level townhome welcomes you to a cozy living room. A media center features a Roku TV and the plush sofa with a chaise lounge may tempt you into an afternoon nap. The dining room, outfitted in neutral colors with recessed lighting, provides a tranquil and unobtrusive atmosphere in which to enjoy your meals.

A kitchen fit for a gourmet fills this sun-dappled space. You`ll be creating your specialties amongst whisper-white cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a unique white-brick backsplash with cool wood floors beneath you. A bistro table for two tucked in the corner offers privacy for an intimate shared meal or beverage.

A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.

The grill master will get his or her turn in the spotlight here, too with the grill is located on the back patio. This area is also fenced and an excellent space for your furry companion to get his or her exercise. Ask about bringing your pet along to this property.

Upstairs, guests will find the Master suite with a King bed, 2 additional bedrooms with Queens, and another full bath.

Whether your party is a group of friends looking to enjoy a weekend near DC or a family looking for a getaway in a quiet and convenient location, you`ll find this townhome at the Countryside community is a perfect space for your northern Virginia adventure.

The neighborhood:
Located in the community of Countryside, you`ll enjoy myriad amenities as a guest here. Fisherpeople will enjoy the catch and release pond for a lazy day of fish stories. Those who enjoy outdoor exercise will surely want to take advantage of the parcourse fitness circuit located at strategic points throughout the community. A cool dip in one of the pools can be a perfect way to while away a summer afternoon, while court games, such as tennis and basketball are readily available.

Important Things to Note:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Mail Policy for Stays Over 30 Days:
Guests staying over 30 days will be granted access to the mailbox. A $150 fine will apply if the mailbox key is lost.

For Stays Under 30 Days:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for recovering lost mail or packages.

House Rules:
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Virginia Law.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
🔹The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items

The townhouse was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Only issues with the refrigerator icemaker, bathroom vent fan, and too little furniture in the basement family room kept me from awarding five stars.

Convenient and cozy

We wanted a family-oriented place to stay together over the holidays. This was the perfect spot for that - very accommodating hosts provide everything you need to feel at home. Appreciated the quick responses to any outreach. Just a little dusty when we arrived. Otherwise felt very clean.

Nice townhouse - very large - had everything we needed. Convenient small backyard area for our dog. Kid friendly and dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable time

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the little back yard and access to the property behind it for our dogs. We hope to stay again on our next visit.
