“Needed a place to stay near Tacoma but not downtown, this fit the bill. Bathtub stopper not present, all else was good.”

“The clerk was snarky some guy that was hanging around in the lobby was making rude comments. When I came in to complain about the cockroaches that I found. The clerk didn’t seem surprised and didn’t bat an eyelash when oh let me give you another room. The next room was dirty.. when I said I wanted to leave she was quick to say the room was non refundable…”

“The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. “Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear.”

“Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart.”

The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...
