“We arrived earlier than the actual check in time. Normally most hotel want allow you to check in early but the young lady at this hotel did. She was very nice, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.”

“I did not like it when you give your cards into the hands of the employee and when the give it back to you, they place it on the counter and not in your out stretched hand. That is unacceptable when servicing the public.”

“I had an issue with the sound on one tv in one room, the staff acted swiftly and got me another room and the tv in that room had issues with the color on the tv. But it was okay. The staff was great and the property was clean. It was my second time staying there and if I have to visit the area again I would book again.”

“Rooms was not clean, cobwebs in the corners an the ceiling... the main entry light did not work (no bulb) in it. 2 days in to my stay, had to change rooms cuz of bed bugs (room 133) Ice machine doesn't work. I do not recommend staying there”
