“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. They were laugh dropping things on the nightstand and had their baby/toddler us babbling some times and even crying while they did nothing to stop the baby. Unless you’re...
