Hotel a Prairieville

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. “Motel posizionato tra Donaldosnville e il Sunshine Bridge sul Mississippi. La zona circostante è industriale, ma la struttura vale davvero la pena ed è in posizione strategica. L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips.”

“parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

“Hotel was very clean, updated, and well-kept. I arrived very late in the evening so I had little contact with the staff and zero experience with the amenities. The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy.
