“Perfect location right in Duaval St. The staff was helpful with all our needs. Clean, could use a little updating but worked for our needs.”

“It's actually a "residential" hotel. Very sketchy looking, but no indications of drug activity. The previous tenant left their clothing in the drawers & took the remote for the TV. We advised the office, so we wouldn't be charged for the missing remote. The bed had new sheets, but the bathroom looked nasty.”

“I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone staying here. This place should definitely not even be open for business. It was extremely dirty. Everything was falling apart. Moldy/mildew water in the toilet. Shower was so dirty. It does not look like it’s been cleaned in MONTHS. Bed and couch was disheveled and soooooo dirty. The pictures online do not look anything like it does in person. Nobody was working the check in. Not just last night, but today as well. It was a virtual kiosk. I walked into...

“They neglected to tell us the pool was out of order. They told us we could go across the street to another hotels pool. The shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower area. Bathroom floor not clean. At breakfast, the toaster only had one side working. (A menards is right across the street) all the juices were diluded about half strength. “Decent hotel and good price. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad or in poor condition. It was a good place to for a quick overnight stay.”
