It was cold the first night we were there so make sure to bring an extra blanket from home. I was surprised by how much cookware was available to us and was able to make meals that you could easily make at home. I do recommend going to your local grocery stores or any in the area before you get here to get your pantry staples as there are only salt, pepper, powdered creamer...

“All around great experience. Some things to take into consideration when staying in an old historic hotel… 1) Rooms are not as soundproofed. 2) Water and heating/cooling have a few quirks. This is no fault of the hotel- the charm, ambience and scenery far outweigh those unavoidable items.”
