Newly renovated and fully stocked, our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home away from home is perfect for fishermen and families alike. Whether you're coming for a fishing tournament or a romantic weekend getaway, you'll love it here. Situated less than 2/10 of a mile from public boat ramp to the beautiful Tennessee River. Located in the Leatherwood Bay area/Kentucky lake. With ample parking for your vehicle and trailers. Or stay and relax , swing, build a fire and roast marshmallows. Scenic and serene. The Camp House can comfortably sleep 5 people. Each bedroom has a full size bed, with clean linens. Also, if needed, the sleeper futon can be used. Feel free to bring kayaks, jet skis, boats, etc. There is a kayak rental in Dover. Two marinas nearby with dining and entertainment.

Special rates for longer stays are available, inquire when making your reservation.
Must be 21 years of age to book our Camp House.

Close to the water. The host are friendly. The place is quiet, relaxing, cozy and just plan perfect! Would recommend trying this place out!

Nice Place to Clean Fish

The view is not that great, and the lake is 4 houses down the street, but you have all the conveniences of home, and a comfortable, safe environment. I walked to the lake every morning 🙃🙃

Looking for solitude and privacy?

I didn't get it here. It was the Schumann resonances. It was so high on these days when I visited. My energy level was so high. I felt sleepy, but couldn't sleep. Ringing in the ear; and dont forget Its so much to do around there, and the host and family are really good, fun people. Who could stay indoors. It's the lake isn't it? . If I had to suggest something. You need a set of measuring spoons. . I recommend.

A perfect rental and perfect weekend

We arrived late on the day we were to check in AND ended up having to take my mothers dog last min. Debra was so accommodating and generous enough to allow the dog and let us stay hours past checkout since we were late getting in. The property was immaculate, warm, and welcoming. We went kayaking and fishing and had the perfect bday weekend for the mister. ❤️Two thumbs up!
