“Place was clean and the bed very comfortable; slept very well. Wasn’t expecting a room with kitchenette, and the layout, while large was somewhat awkward. Noted the sofa/ chaise was very low making it difficult for older people with knee issues to get to their feet; same for the bath toilet being less than chair height. Some furniture was showing age and surface damage and the sofa/chaise was looking tired. The drain stopper in the bath sink was functional only by manually pulling up or pushing...

“Had very bad time with the room.The day they were to complete clean and change everything, We came back to room in evening,once inside,Bed had been stripped, Pillows stacked on lamp,Bedspread rolled up in front of t v.That's all that was done, plus No new towels,When I went to check in counter,to tell them about problem,They didn't even have a key to linen room ,for them to make bed...So,They moved us to another room upstairs..so next day out,we had put towels and garbage out in morning,Came...
