Case in affitto a Stewartville

“Property is as listed, owner is very responsive and welcoming.”

“No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped.”

“Perfect little cozy house with a lovely back yard in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood”

“This home was convenient to Mayo St. Mary’s. Note that there is construction in front of the hospital at the moment so your walk will be a little further to get around but just a block or so. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Communication was excellent and we received responses very quickly. The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot in summer weather. There are 2 fans to assist. The stairs going up are quite steep and might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. ...

“Jessica was more than welcoming and made sure everything was set and perfect for our last minute stay in Rochester. House was in a great location and even the snow was cleared from the driveway so we had no issues getting in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks again!”

“Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. ”

“Thank you”

“The home more than met our needs for the length of time that we stayed. The host was easy to contact and was prompt in her responses. Would recommend if anyone needs to stay in Rochester.”

“Hi, I gave 5 stars but wanted to give a few tips. Please have extra bedding & pillows available. ”
