St Helens Beach House

Una magnifica casa 5 camere da letto con lo stato dell'arte della cucina e bella vista sul mare. La cucina è dotata di 20 millimetri benchtops Essa pietra, porte lucido vinile, splashback vetro e passeggiata in dispensa. Con i suoi 104 litro pirolitico forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e cappa, questa cucina è in attesa del Master Chef nella vostra famiglia a cucinare una festa. L'angolo cottura / pranzo / soggiorno è il fulcro di questa casa, con una solida pavimenti Tas quercia, moquette SmartStrand qualità e una vista mozzafiato Georges Bay, il Barway e l'oceano, da entrambe le zone giorno e 3 delle 5 camere da letto. Il salone si accede alla terrazza al piano superiore per intrattenere all'aperto e per prendere il sole e la vista. Due delle 5 grandi camere da letto e un bagno si trovano al piano superiore.

Al piano terra composto da altre 3 camere da letto, tutte con costruito in vesti, un secondo bagno e una zona giorno in più a portata di mano e di un ponte al piano di sotto coperta. Questa casa ha 2 pompe di calore per riscaldare entrambi i livelli, ed è stato costruito per tutto il giorno domenica d'inverno, con inclusioni di qualità in tutta la casa. Esiste anche un terzo bagno aggiuntivo situato sul retro della casa.

Sia al piano di sopra e di sotto, sono state ristrutturate. Le nuove foto sono state aggiunte al 29 Gennaio 2015. L'espressione comune quando vede è WOW !!

Situato su un blocco di 1220m2 grande, la struttura vanta un cancello telecomandato, lucido aggregato formato vialetto, e tanto spazio per i bambini di giocare o di manovrare una barca o roulotte. Situato a soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Stieglitz o a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia surf o dal centro della città, questa casa è perfettamente situata, con molta sistemazione o per chi desidera una vacanza rilassante sulla costa "Sunshine" della Tasmania.

Great spot for a large group looking for a getaway

The property live up to its expectations! We were traveling with a group of 8 and was trying to find a house that was equipped enough to easily self cater whilst we were there. Not only was there a well stocked kitchen but also the house was really spacious and had great views of the water. The owners were easy to communicate with and even when there was a little hiccup at check-in it was quickly rectified by the owners with a simple call. Our group couldn't of asked for a better Xmas accommodation!

Christmas with the family

We were a family of 9 spending time together for Christmas. The property was beautiful with great views and everything you need. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Idyllic

Superb beautiful home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Hopefully helpful suggestions… 1/ partition part of garage if renting to mountain bikers for security. 2/ electric sockets near bedside lights downstairs ( indeed some globes in the lamps). It was annoying for the downstairs bedroom main lights to be outside the bedroom Overall minor things but hopefully taken as intended to be helpful not a criticism. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon

Great place to stay with multiple families

One couple and two families of four stayed comfortably without tripping over each other. Location was great and plenty of space for cars and a boat in driveway. Outdoor shower was ideal for when we came back from the beach. Nice, clean, modern and very comfortable.

Getaway with friends

Our stay at St Helens Beach House was great. We stayed with as a group including young children. There was good space to provide separation when needed with a living room upstairs and down. The remote secure gate was fantastic to keep the young ones safe. The ice/water dispensing fridge was a great feature and well used. The views from the deck are fantastic. St Helens is just a short drive away with everything you would need. We briefly met the caretaker on arrival - she was very friendly and pointed us in the direction of some good eateries and activities. Highly recommended.

Beautiful seaside accommodation

This place was awesome, we had 3 couples staying and had plenty of space and decided to stay in and enjoy the patio and cooking facilities instead of going out several nights. The checkin process for this place was super. The owner of the place answered our questions very quickly and we felt we were well taken care of. The place was super clean, the beds were super comfy and overall one of our best holiday accommodations we have had.

Perfect house for our family holiday.

Great stay - layout perfect for 2 families

We stayed with 2 families of 4 and layout was perfect. Location at St Helens was convenient as a base to visit Wineglass Bay and Bay of Fires.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great time at the Beach House over Easter. Property allowed for space for the 7 of us or to all be together if we wanted. Fire Pit outside was a nice added bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils, everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Property was very well presented while it still felt like home. Loved stilling on the deck just relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book.
