“Property is tucked away in a nice part of town. Convenient to acropolis. Dimitri at the hotel went out of his way to make our accommodations nice. We booked wrong arrival date and he adjusted it as best as he could given the fact that we booked through a 3 rd party. He upgraded my room since I covered the cost of my mistake. “En medio de uno de los barrios mas alegres de Atenas, el lugar es una delicia para disfrutar de las amenidades locales, tiendas, comida, ruinas... puede ser que cuando llegues pienses que no es seguro porque hay muchos grafitis y esta en medio de un fela market, pero en realidad es muy seguro y te encuentras dentro de uno de los barrios mas antiguos de atenas... disfrutas todo!! un poco complicado llegar ya que no tiene acceso directo a la calle, pero muy cerca de donde te puede dejar y recoger...

"L’hotel è molto carino, in ottima posizione e con camere ampie. Il personale sempre gentile. Ci sono peró alcuni aspetti che non possono essere trascurati e che non hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole. Prima di tutto, la mancanza dell’acqua calda in molti momenti della giornata: per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà a fare docce calde e nonostante le segnalazioni il problema non è stato risolto. La pulizia della stanza era fatta in modo un po’ sbrigativo e non ci erano neppure stati ricaricati i prodotti da bagno, tanto da dover chiamare per farceli dare. In un hotel boutique a 4 stelle questi due aspetti non sono trascurabili. La colazione è buona, ma è a la carte con un selezione di tre piatti e una bevanda calda. Purtroppo non mi ero informato prima, altrimenti avrei preferito non includerla e farla fuori in città. In hotel per mio gusto preferisco sempre il buffet. "

"The hotel is new, actually the gym is still under construction. Comfortable rooms and new beds; space could have been better arranged for dining. New electric stove, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool.
Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less).
Reception staff extremely kind and helpful.
Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.
