The bistro menu, breakfast and wine list further enhance the Parisian atmosphere of the hotel selected by Mathias Dahlgren.We are here to create and offer a warm and welcoming place for guests from here and abroad. An intimate hotel, close to the city's pulse and the city's peaceful parks; perfect for business meetings and nights out on the town. You booked a Standard room (Classique) via Expedia, and you were allocated in room 508 which is a Superior room. All our beds and headboards are from DUX a premium manufacturer of beds.You were then upgraded from a Superior room to a Deluxe room (room 521) with exactly the same bed, just a little wider and more specious, without any extra charge.We have the most loyal and professional staff working in the Sparrow and I clearly believe that you have misunderstood this situation. We constantly work to improve our service and quality and we are here to create memorable moments for all our guests.
