“What a deceptively lovely place to stay. The exterior hides the warmth and friendliness inside. Beautifully up to date and simply designed interior. Easy to navigate and super clean. Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant! “A gem of a hotel tucked well away in it's own extensive grounds. We were upgraded to one of the 5 suites which was extremely spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. We will definitely stay again.”

“The Bathroom Floor needs new Tiles. The Bath needs a new Shower Screen. The Bath needs a quality Bath Panal. The Toilet needs a better quality toilet Seat. The Bedrooms need a portable Fridge Cooler. Restaurant evening Meals are not available certain days. Reception Staff rarely answer the telephone.”

“If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant.”

“The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best. I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms. This did not at all match the description or pictures and was an experience to say the least. I would make sure that they have not overbooked and that...

“A lovely clean comfortable double room with access to snacks, tea and coffee, fresh milk and treats on every floor. Chilled water was free from reception. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of continental and cooked. All the staff were superb and very helpful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend all at a reasonable price.”
